If we allow males to compete in female sports, there will be men's sports, there will be co-ed sports, but there will no longer be women's sports."

We are a grassroots nonprofit organization by formerly incarcerated women for incarcerated women. We are a resource hub for dignified re-entry services, parole hearing preparation, and advocacy for the safety and dignity of incarcerated women in California.

What is woman’s sovereignty? When did we have it? How did we lose it? (or did we?) How do we restore it, individually and collectively?

Look past the recent 6-10,000 years of patriarchal oppression. You will recognize the true history of Woman as sovereign source of culture and society. You will see your body—the very enfoldment of Source.

Our liberation is more subtley physiological than has been generally realized. Our creative female power flows in a continuum from pelvis to brain, from womb to heart to third eye, via a spinal-neural network. This inner neural network is far more extensive in women’s bodies than in the male body. My thirty years of working with women's bodyknowing tells me that the disruption of this neural network corresponds directly to the internalization of misogyny. We’ll root that misogyny out! We’ll trace and restore our natural joy, pleasure and flow of womanly consciousness and creative power, working with womb-sourced body wisdom, movement and sounding.
